If you experience a technical issue or performance failure directly related to AI Agent Ledger automation that cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund—evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

If you cancel mid-cycle, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.
