Kilvington Digital provides digital marketing services and custom-built AI agents. Services are defined in the project scope or agreement and are delivered based on the agreed-upon timeline and deliverables.

Payment Terms

All payments are due immediately on receipt of invoice or based upon agreed upon terms. We may offer milestone-based billing for larger projects. Delayed payments may pause or terminate service delivery.

Third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions) are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.

Client Responsibilites

Clients must provide timely feedback, access, and assets (e.g., login credentials, branding materials) necessary for us to complete the work. Delays in communication may impact project timelines.

Intellectual Property

All custom content, AI agents, designs, or strategies created by Kilvington Digital remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended business purpose.

We reserve the right to showcase anonymised versions of work for portfolio or case study purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Projects may be cancelled with written notice. In such cases, work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver measurable results, Kilvington Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or business interruptions.

Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any data you provide complies with applicable privacy laws.

AI Usage & Expectations

AI agents built by Kilvington Digital are tools designed to assist, not replace, human oversight. Clients are responsible for monitoring agent interactions, particularly in sensitive or regulated industries.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
