Google Ads · Territory exclusive

Google Ads for contractors: pay for the searches that are ready to book.

Someone typing “emergency plumber near me” at 9pm is not researching. Google Ads puts you at the top of that search tonight — and we manage it so the budget goes to calls, not curiosity clicks.

Territory exclusive — one business per trade, per county.

What this is

Paid search, managed like it's your money.

Google Ads works when the campaigns are narrow, the landing pages match the ad, and someone is watching the account every week — cutting what wastes money and feeding what books jobs.

Most contractor ad accounts leak: broad keywords, no negative keyword list, ads sending people to a homepage, no call tracking. We build it properly from the start, track every call and form, and report in terms you care about — cost per lead and cost per booked job, not impressions.

What's included

What we actually do each month.

Campaign build

Search campaigns structured by service and area, with the keyword and negative-keyword lists that keep spend on target.

Landing pages

A page per campaign that matches the ad and asks for the call. Not the homepage.

Call and form tracking

Every lead attributed back to the keyword and ad that produced it, so decisions are based on data.

Weekly management

Bids, budgets, search terms, and ad copy reviewed and adjusted every week. Not set and forget.

Local Services Ads

Where your trade qualifies, we set up and manage Google Guaranteed listings alongside search ads.

Monthly reporting

Spend, leads, cost per lead, and what we changed — in one page you can read in two minutes.

Territory exclusive

We don't work both sides of the same county.

If we are ranking you for “roofer in Lee County,” we can't also be ranking the roofer down the road. One of you would lose.

So for SEO, GEO & AIO, and Google Ads we take one business per trade in each county. When you ask about your area, the first thing we check is whether it is still open. If it isn't, we say so.

Set expectations

Where ads fit, and where they don't.

  • 01Ads start producing leads in days, not months. They also stop the day the budget stops. That is the trade-off against SEO.
  • 02Ad spend is separate from our management fee and goes directly to Google. We tell you the realistic minimum for your trade and county before you commit.
  • 03Some trades and markets are too expensive per click to be worth it at a small budget. If that is you, we will say so and point you at SEO instead.
  • 04The first month is calibration. Expect cost per lead to come down over the first 60–90 days as we cut what doesn't work.

Common questions

Before you commit.

How much do I need to spend?

It depends on your trade and county — a locksmith and a roofer in the same town face very different click costs. We check real numbers for your market before quoting. We will not run a campaign on a budget we think is too small to produce anything, because that just wastes your money.

Why is Google Ads territory exclusive?

Because two clients bidding on the same keywords in the same county would just drive each other's costs up, and we would be the ones doing it to them. One business per trade, per county.

Do you take a percentage of ad spend?

No. Management is a flat monthly fee. Our incentive is for your cost per lead to go down, not for your spend to go up.

Can you work with my existing Google Ads account?

Yes. We audit it first and tell you what we found. Often the account has useful history worth keeping; sometimes it is cleaner to rebuild. Either way, the account stays in your name.

Should I do ads or SEO?

If you need calls this month, ads. If you want to stop paying per lead in a year, SEO. Most clients who can afford it do both, with ads carrying the load while SEO builds. We will tell you which one makes sense first for your situation.
