Service and location pages
A page per service and per area you work in — the pages that actually rank and convert.
Websites
Your website has one job: turn someone who found you into someone who contacted you. We build sites that do that — and if you are on an SEO plan with us, the site is included.
What this is
Most contractor sites are either a template nobody has touched in four years or an expensive design that looks good and converts nobody. We build for the middle: fast, clear, structured the way Google wants, with a call-to-action on every page.
Every site is built on a modern stack we control end to end — no page builders, no plugin bloat — so it loads in under two seconds on a phone, passes Google's Core Web Vitals, and can be changed in an afternoon when your services or service area change. Leads from the site can route directly into your CRM with follow-up handled by our automation side.
What's included
A page per service and per area you work in — the pages that actually rank and convert.
Built for the phone screen first, because that is where most of your traffic is.
Click-to-call, short forms, and booking links placed where people are ready to act.
Titles, schema, internal links, and sitemaps done right from day one.
Hosted, monitored, backed up, and kept current. You do not manage a server or a plugin update.
Analytics and call tracking wired in so you know what the site is producing.
The free-website offer, in plain terms
If you are on an SEO plan, we build, host, and maintain your website at no extra cost. That is not a trial or a starter version — it is the full site.
We own the site during the engagement. That is deliberate: SEO means changing page structure, content, and technical details constantly, and we need to be able to do that without a change-request process. You can buy the site out at any time at our standard development rate and it becomes yours outright. If the SEO plan ends and you have not bought it out, the site stays with us. Your Google Business Profile, your domain, and your content are always yours regardless.

Who we work with
Common questions
Because it is our work, and because we need to be able to change it freely to do the SEO you are paying for. If we had to ask permission for every page change, the SEO would be slower and worse. The buy-out option is there so you are never locked in — you can own it whenever you decide you want to.
Our standard development rate for a site of that size — the same thing a standalone build would have cost. We quote it when you ask; it is not a surprise number.
Yes, always. The domain is registered to you and stays yours. If you ever leave, you point it wherever you like.
On an SEO plan, edits go through us — that is part of the service and usually faster than doing it yourself. On a standalone build we can set up a simple editing layer for the parts you want to change (hours, photos, team) if you need it.
Sometimes. We audit it first. If it is fast, editable, and structured sensibly, we will keep it. If it is slow or locked down on a platform we cannot change, we will recommend a rebuild — which is included anyway if you are on SEO.
