SEO · Territory exclusive

SEO for contractors: be the business that shows up when the search is local.

Local search is where people go when they already need the work done. We get your business onto that first page — in Google Maps and the organic results — for the searches in your county that turn into calls.

Territory exclusive — one business per trade, per county.

What this is

Search engine optimization, done for the trades.

SEO is the work of making Google confident enough in your business to put it in front of someone searching for what you do, where you do it.

That takes a site that is technically sound and says the right things, a Google Business Profile that is complete and active, content that answers the questions people in your area actually ask, and other reputable sites pointing back to yours. We handle all four. You keep doing the jobs.

What's included

What we actually do each month.

Your website — included

We build and host a fast, search-ready site as part of the plan. No separate development bill.

Google Business Profile

Set up or cleaned up, categories and services right, photos and posts kept current, reviews monitored.

Keyword and competitor research

What people in your county search for, what your competitors rank for, and where the gap is.

On-page and technical SEO

Page structure, titles, schema, speed, mobile, and the service and location pages that actually rank.

Content and blogs

Service pages and articles written for your trade and your area — not generic filler.

Backlinks and citations

Listings across directories your competitors are on, plus links from relevant sites, built month over month.

Monthly reporting

Rankings, calls, and form fills in one plain-language report. What moved, what we did, what is next.

Automation-ready

Every lead from the site can route straight into your CRM, with follow-up handled by our automation side.

Content and blogs

Pages that answer the question before they call.

Most contractor websites have one page per service and nothing else. Google has nothing to rank, and a homeowner comparing options has nothing to read.

We write the service pages, location pages, and articles that match how people in your area search — "metal roof cost in Moore County," "how long does a heat pump last," "do I need a permit for a deck." Written for your trade, checked with you, published on a schedule.

  • 01Service and location pages built out one trade and one county at a time
  • 02Articles aimed at real questions in your market, not keyword stuffing
  • 03Existing content audited and fixed before anything new is added

Included with SEO

The website is part of the plan.

Every SEO client gets a website built, hosted, and maintained by us. There is no separate design project and no development invoice.

Here is how it works. We own the site during the engagement so we can change anything, any time, for SEO — page structure, content, speed — without a change-request process. If you ever want to own it outright, you can buy it out at our standard development rate. If the SEO plan ends and you do not buy it out, the site stays with us. We say this up front so there are no surprises later.

More on how the website works

Territory exclusive

We don't work both sides of the same county.

If we are ranking you for “roofer in Lee County,” we can't also be ranking the roofer down the road. One of you would lose.

So for SEO, GEO & AIO, and Google Ads we take one business per trade in each county. When you ask about your area, the first thing we check is whether it is still open. If it isn't, we say so.

Set expectations

What SEO is and isn't.

  • 01It is not fast. Expect 3–6 months before rankings move meaningfully, longer in competitive markets.
  • 02It compounds. Work done in month two is still paying off in month twenty — unlike ads, which stop when the spend stops.
  • 03We do not guarantee rankings. Nobody can, and anyone who does is selling something else.
  • 04You will see the work every month, whether or not the numbers moved yet.

Common questions

Before you commit.

How long until I see results?

Google Business Profile improvements can show within weeks. Organic rankings typically take three to six months to move in a meaningful way, and competitive trades in bigger counties take longer. We tell you what to expect for your market before you sign.

What does "territory exclusive" actually cover?

One business per trade, per county, for SEO, GEO & AIO, and Google Ads. If you are an HVAC company in Lee County and you sign on, we will not take another HVAC company in Lee County. If a competitor is already a client, we tell you before anything else.

I already have a website. Do I have to use yours?

No, but in most cases it is the better path. We can audit your current site first. If it is sound, we work with it. If it is holding you back — slow, hard to edit, built on a platform we cannot change freely — a rebuild is included anyway, so there is no cost reason to keep the old one.

Who owns the content and the Google Business Profile?

You own your Google Business Profile — it is set up under your Google account and stays yours. Content written for the site stays with the site. If you buy the site out, the content goes with it.

Is there a contract?

SEO is sold as a monthly plan with a minimum term, because the work does not produce results in thirty days and we do not want either side judging it before it has had a chance to. The specific term is on the proposal.
